Paul and Jemma contacted me a little while ago to ask about my photography services and wondered if they could have a specific package customised to their wedding requirements. They were happy with the package which I sent back to them and even after a slight delay with the date the day soon arrived.
I met up with Paul and documented guests arriving whilst enjoying a drink and a chat before heading into the ceremony room. I went up stairs to capture a couple of shots of Jemma and the Bridal party making their way too towards the wedding suite. The ceremony was very touching and was full of emotions including a lovely reading.
Afterwards we all headed outside to get a quick confetti shot before the infamous group photographs. Everyone was having a great time and before they all knew it the happy couple and their guests headed into the reception room where 3 great speeches were given.
After the wedding breakfast I spoke with Paul and Jemma and asked if they wanted some shots taken of them together outside before we lost the Autumnal light. We headed round the back which is used as an overspill car park but we made the most of what we had. The images are beautiful and the couple were in such high spirits it didn’t matter where we could have been. A red couch gave me a little inspiration for a shot and we dragged it out from the room and captured some artistic imagery.
As the day started to slowly come to a close I carried on documenting the guests enjoying themselves. The moment soon came for their first dance and cutting of the cake. Paul surprised Jemma with a professional singer who he booked for the evening and started by singing during their first dance.
I hope the newly weds had a memorable day and I wish them all the best in their married
lives together :-
